Here's a scam email that looks very realistic. The biggest clue that it is a scam is a pretty subtle one: the salutation. The scammer doesn't actually know your name, he's sending these out by the millions, so he can only put "Dear Member". Humana would address you by name.
If you over over the links, you will see they do not go to Humana, but instead go to an address on http://links.mkt3525.com/ which obviously has nothing to do with Humana.
