Lottery Scams: Universal Lotto NL

Lottery Scam Email:
Universal Lotto NL, Universal Lotto NL 2007 and/or Universal Email Lotto NL

This example of a fake lottery really piles the nonsense on thick. Using as many variations of "Universal", "Lotto", "Email" and "NL" as they can think of, they actually claim that the lottery program (which, of course, does not exist) is aimed at "Human Growth/poverty alleviation, Educational and Community development". They even warn you, at the end of the email to "beware of internet lottery imposters" and "help them fight scam and lottery imposters". Like them?

Note the usual clues to an obvious fraud that we have highlighted in the letter; keep confidential, selected by a random computer lottery, use of bogus email addresses (Netscape does not operate any lotteries!) free hotmail/yahoo email accounts, etc.
